Today's update... she's on her way to the states.
Took her to Naha Port and dropped off to get the inspection done get shipped.

and yesterday, all my parts and house hold goods were shipped.

hey man,
they give you any troubles shipping any of your parts back? You ship any engines or transmissions back? Haven't gotten any yet because I am concerned they won't want to ship them. Did you have any suggestions for when I ship mine back?

haha, you could day I got some parts shipped. No real issues... but If you get a chance, hop on zeroyon. There's a thread about shipping parts and I have all the info from mine in there.
My cap was 8000lbs, I had 8106lbs. 7 crates were filled and I can honestly say only about 1.5 of them were furniture and clothes.

These are all the car parts/tools I got shipped. Spare bedroom completely full.
2 engines, 4 transmission, 3 full sets of suspension, 2 sets of seats, 2 full exhausts, 2 hoods, a bumper, full body kit mold (sides, front, rear, quarters), 28 wheels... you get the idea...

I haven't updated in a while.
She's back in the states, made it safely but not running good at all.
As soon as I get the truck out of the garage I'll pull her in and strip her down to get sandblasted.

On another note, she's got a new friend to hang out with. Just picked this up yesterday from a friend I was stationed in Okinawa with. He had it shipped back and one of the companies wrecked it during shipping. After seeing the damage, he lost motivation in it and it's been sitting for over a year. It's a 68 Toyota Publica. I'll make a thread for it when the time comes. Just wanted to add some info.

I know of two Publicas in Calgary Alberta - one is restored and mint, and the other was bought as a parts car specifically for one piece of glass that was needed. Don't know if there's parts available; I could ask.

Thanks. I'm glad to have it back in the same condition I shipped it in.
Burney brought the publica back and they did the damage showed above. Greg brought his AE86 back and the broke his sway bar brackets when tying it down. The only this that happen to mine was it lost a piece of the windshield trim, but 'theunstated' managed to grab it off his old parts car for me in time, so I'll still have some.

If it's the UP20, I could use a tail light and the ducting for the heater under the hood.
That sounds similar to the ones here. From what I understand, there is one that was undergoing a restoration, one that was a parts car for it and now this one. I want to see if I can get someone to look it up and confirm if there really is only 3.

The engine that's currently in my daily... 1UZ-FE.
I bought this for the sole purpose of pulling the engine later.
