69 Toyota Hilux RN10/11 ~ Lola (Maui HAWAII)

aloha toyota minis, i am a new member just stumbled along this site after years of HOARDING toyota haha. anyways here is my attempt at a build thread for my 69 Hilux.

Current Mods:
Motors: 22r, 36 Weber
Wheels: 15x7 Enkei 92
Tires: 165/45/15
Suspension: 2.5" Front Drop & 3.5" Rear
Exterior: Textured Black front Grill w/ 40th Anniversary JAF badge
Interior: All Original

Future Mods:
Exhaust, 5-speed swap, Centerforce Clutch, LCE Short Shifter, HIDs, Bodywork/Paint same color, Remove rear bumper, possibly more...

Trying to keep it more or less original but have some modern accents.
I will post more pics when I have some time to take. (Interior/Engine)

ok so time for a major update on JNC. I been keeping up on ToyotaMinis but thought updated here as well!

CHECK LIST:
Got the 5 Speed in for an 80' Celica
Dropped the front and rear & Original Koito Amber Lens

TEQ shift knob installed

NRG Hub w/ Izumi Wood grain Steering Wheel

TO DO:
Scored some 14x7 1970s Volk Mesh Wheels (Still need tires...185/55/14??? < suggestions???

Howzit....I seen that truck somewhere before....KILLER! Love everything about it! Where did you find that TEQ shift knob? Would be perfect for my Celica! Alohaz

Just wondering - where did you get the Suichuuka knob from?

Been looking for one like that for a while now, but can only seem to find the tall, long ones.

I got mine through a site in Japan. I just havent put it on yet. Ya ebay has some here and there...there is a lot of reproductions ones but they are long.
