All of the events are "past tense"; the "new wheels" are the bronze RS Watanabe "F8 Type", 8J - 15, +3 on the front and the "R Type", 10J - 15, -25 on the rear.

The previous wheels are the gold RS Watanabe "R Type" 8J - 15, +0 on the front and "R Type", 8.5J - 15, -6 on the rear.

47hako, seems like you went a bit more conservative in the rears. How is the rear fitment now compared to before?

Old Setup:
Front: 15x8 (+3)
Rear: 15x10 (-25)

New Setup:
15x8 (+0)
15x8.5 (-6)

I think you got it the other way around, he went from a 8.5 with -6 offset to a 10.0 with a -25 offset. The new wheels stick out something like an extra 40mm

Sorry guys I took a short vacation back home and when I got back have I've been extremely busy with work. All I can say on that is... get a skill, a diploma, anything so you can work where you want and live where you want to live...

Part 13: Shots at Red Rock Canyon...

So at this point in my life…life is pretty good. I got my my life back in Las Vegas, I moved into a new (to me) house and just got married!

So what do you do when times are good…go for a Sunday drive and take in the views…Red Rock is a great place for that. If you've been to Vegas a few times and want to see something more than just the buffet line and the Strip. Take a 20min drive from downtown…and your here…

Part 14: New Shoes!!!

So may have seen this pic a few entires back:

I finally struck a deal with my long time friend John. You may have seen his car in the most recent issue of JNC and also as a feature in Super Street, he owns the black '77 C210 HT "Japan".

Luckily for me he went a different route choosing Longchamp Black Limited XR4's :tu:

It's funny how far back me and him go. When I first met him he had stopped by a my friend's import tuner shop (CCR Motorsports) for parts and pulled up in a 1997 Infinity Q45 done up as a Y33 Nissan Cima. He had an all out JDM, VIP Style, Nissan Cima before anyone in the US!!! The car debuted in 1997 and he had this car done '98 or '99!!! He was way ahead of the game. As of late, people are barely scratching the surface of VIP Style in the U.S.

Ironically I had my Hako in the U.S. before he finished his "Japan" a year later AND he sold his Q45/Cima in '06 while I was stocking up Cima parts to bring back to the U.S. to build my own VIP car.

This is how she looked in 2008…I've had her since 2007 and I've seriously thinking of selling her…

Anyway back to the Hako. Here are he first pics I took with her new wheels and rubber…

You know what's funny is I just realized that I have to thank Toyo Tires for the tires!!! Not that I didn't thank them (this was back in '08), but I completely forgot that a friend of mine at CCR got me in contact with someone from Toyo and they gave me these tires to do SEMA and few other shows for them!!! :oops:
