I am in the hickory area actually. It is about 45 mins from charlotte...Is there a good scene here in NC for vintage Jap tin?

Hell no lol. At least that im aware of. Im in the sticks below Asheboro where its all 'merican stuffs. Ive heard that theres some j-tin in greensboro but been to busy to check it out...MAybe we should make our way to cars and coffee on, I think on Saturday mornings, and try to shed some light on the scene.

I also live in north Carolina and I'm new to the forum. I have a 1980 corona liftback. I live in pilot mountain out in the middle of nowhere in northern north Carolina.

Sup guys, im down in south carolina in the anderson area,so far its just me and my soon to be 1jz swapped '78 celica, theres another member on here by the name GUS, hes in the Charlotte area and has quite a few 2nd gen celicas and mk1 supras! Nice to meet you guys tho!

I'm in North Carolina, I'm usually around Greensboro but when I'm leave I'm around Lumberton/Laurinburg.I'm stationed at Fort Eustis, VA. I got a 1985 Dodge Ram 50 aka Mitsubishi Mighty Max.

Thanks for reponding guys. Id love to go to cars n coffee. I have heard about it but I have never been. Usually I work on Saturdays. I am off tommorrow..Its the first time I have had a Sat. off in ages. Im gonna take some pics of my ride tommorrow n post them.

I live in weaverville(just above asheville, people usually dont know weaverville but know about asheville) and as far as i can tell its nothin but fox body mustangs and camaros as far as the eye can see. I have a 79 corolla wagon and i tell ya its lonely out here

sorry for the lack of pics....got busy saturday n could not make it happen. i know where weaverville is..your like a hour away. we ought to get together n cruise patton ave....if they still do that up there...any one in nc know any good cruising spots?

there is a cruise in in my town on main street the first saturday of every month. there are actually some unusal stuff there. no old school jap cars though. would be cool if i could get some people together and we could go represent. the only downside is i realize that i am very far from most of you. if anyone is interested let me know.

this is the reason I think we should pull everyone together every now and then just to know we are not alone! where would be a good a place in this state that would in the middle for everyone??
