I have a Toyota Corona Wagon 1981

It's stock and I was wondering what I could do to it?
If I can modify its engine?
Can I use it as a project car?

I'd love to at least do something to its 22-r engine.
Can I put anything in it?

Wow, super clean car! It's hard to go wrong with a nice set of wheels and a lowered suspension to start. 8) Welcome to JNC, you'll love it here.

Clean start! I just got my '81 wagon as well and it's a fun car to tinker with so far.
Lower it and some wheels to start for sure.
Have fun!

I don't know which to go with, air ride or coil, to lower it!
Rims I've been saving up for and hopefully I get some real soon.

The reason I am eager to fix her up is because she has hardly any miles on her for the year model she is.
122xxx ;)

Best thing to do is google your car model and just look at pictures of what people have done to their cars..

Any car and any engine can be customized with time, money and hard work!

since your car is pretty stock you should start with wheels and lower it a little. just start with coils. airbags are not exactly cheap since they have to be custom made for your car.

good luck

hi there mate! How was your Toyota Corona wagon doing? Did you already modify its engine? I think you will not have a hard time for this because toyota motor parts are easy to find and affordable compare to other makes. I hope that updates will be posted here. Can't wait to see pictures of your wagon again. thanks :)

if you can't wait for the photos, you can search for it. there are so many corona wagon pictures that are available. by the way whats your ride make year and model? not all of the toyota parts are affordable, it depends on the location and the demand. here in our place, prices are not stable

Hey everyone sorry I havent been on for a while its been busy.

So heres an update.
I bought myself some new set of rims just need to have them rotated and checked.
I found my right tail light finally.
Ive been having problems mainly with the wagon close to overheating.

Planning on dropping it Im just having thoughts on clipping the springs
because I cant find any coils for my wagon

Does anyone know wheere I can get some?
or suggest a brand not really familiar on suspension areas lol

I got her to stop shaking on the freeway and the heating down.
The radiator thankfully did not need to be replaced.
So I hope I get to go to toyotafest this weekend!
