Which ever location everyone wants to go to, I will. Sounds like 106 would be the best option for some, so why not there this saturday?

And whats the actual address?

675 west 106th South Beans and Brews. I'm going to try to be there fairly early as I have to go off to something in Sandy late morning. If all goes well I will bring the Hilux.

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates here but getting the the shop up and running and getting customers taken care of has been the main priority and it's been a little chaotic lately. We just finished up the Red Hakosuka for Eric Bauer and now that we have a little breathing room I think we are going to try and schedule a grand re-opening for JDM Legends on the last Saturday of May the 26th.

Let me know if any of you see any issues with that date and we can adjust it accordingly. Also, we should have a decent amount of parking now since Ziptie Dynoworks moved next door. It's not ideal, but all of their customers park along the street without an issue. This will be for overflow parking only as our lot should be large enough to fit most of the J-tin in SLC ;)

I'm also up for some C&C but it would be nice if everyone in SLC could actually settle on one location..... I'm up for either 106th or Redwood road but it would be nice if there was a little camaraderie within the local scene and everyone could meet together.

Yea, that would be nice if everyone in C&C would just meet one place, but whatever. I go where we decide :) I dont think us JNC'ers tend to have an issue meeting at one place.

And I think May 26 would be fine.............for me anyway lol.

Yea! A JDM Legends open house. May 26th looks good for me at the moment. Glad you've been busy, Eric. I think trying out your parking lot is an excellent idea. We'll see how it goes for future events.

Let's plan on the 106th location for c&c this time.

What time are you guys going to CNC?

I was porductive yesterday, I installed a new rear tranny seal, while i had the drive shaft off i took out the pin and put a bolt in the shifter to take out some of the slack, so now the shifter doesn't have 3 inches of movement while it's in gear. I also put a nice layer of silicone down on the valve cover and let dry for a few hours then set it on the head. I'll check it tonight to see if it is dry enough to tighten it down. My car my be the dryiest it has ever been and better smelling. That tranny leak was getting smelly.

Nice little turn out at Cars and Coffee 106th yesterday. Time to get out and see old friends and meet new ones. A few of us are going to meet at the closed Kmart at 5600 South and Bangerter this Wednesday around 6-6:30 and then cruise out to the "Cruise Night" at Jordan Landing. Just another excuse to hang out.

Also, WasatchCarClub.com has created bi-monthly meets at the south east end of Murray park at 3:30 on the second Saturday and 4th Sunday of the month. One is today. http://wasatchcarclub.com/index.php?topic=37.0
