Best place to source 13" wheels?

Wondering if you guys can share your links and resources for finding 13" wheels (4x100)? More specifically I'm looking for any of these wheels in 13x7 or 13x8 sizing...

I cant remember, but maybe someone else will.
edit: his SN is roosterfella46, and he is in indonesia. He has sold lots of sets of wheels on here and other forums, but has not been on here since oct 2010.
