So saturday started off at my sister's house trying to fix my bro n laws 91 jag. His power steering reservoir was leaking and he didn't want to pay 180 for a new one. So off you Pick a Part we went I was happy that I was gonna have an excuse to go there without the wife buggin. So we get there pay our 2 bucks and walk about 20 ft in. I'm explaining to him how the whole thing works, where certain car types are at, where his car would be at.

Well at this specific junk yard, the very old cars are in the first 4 or 5 rows. And sure enough I look over and see a 1971 Toyota Corona COMPLETE. Everything else went black and white and that car just started to glow from the sunlight. My heart stopped and I ran up to the car. Yup it just arrived like 3 days before and had not been molested yet. I then called my girl and explained that they had an exact match of my car in the lot and that I would be there for a while. It was amazing. So sure enough We took off the Taillights complete assemblies both side, all the side markers (front/back), front bumper lights, Front right/left fenders, in way better condition then mine. I also took off the oil cap from the engine. and the license plate holder in the rear the flip down one that covers the gas cap, cuz mine is broken.

I was like a kid in a big as toy store. I'm super excited to get my car back together since right now I'm driving with no front fenders cuz I've been working on them. LoL only thing that sucks is that now that I have all those parts everyone seems to need some work on their cars. Ugh gotta make time for my baby during the week.

So now I extra fenders, lights, bumpers, its was Christmas in January for me and I got everything for 200 bucks.

I know I seen a 70 Corona which is the RT40 i Believe. I'm not sure what a 77 corona looks like, I'll look it up and see what I can find over there I have to go back this week to another one in the area.

what is the specific model, cuz i think there is the corona and the corona mark II.

Pick and Pull success stories are so nice to hear. Last time I went I found the rear control arm I needed for my Cressy only to be unable to remove it!
