I think it is a Toyota Corsa and as it has the pop-up lights I think it is called the Retra... or something.

JDM because of the sticker. Later 80's Toyota/Toyopet Tercel/Corsa 1500 SX-i/VX-i. Coolest(?!) weirdest(!?) version was the intercooled GP turbo version. Never saw one in person, but remember a post some time ago:
