The wheel arch moulds are non genuine, stick on plastic items. The mirrors are off a ford falcon xb or xc i think.

The tail lights are japanese spec.

Thats just awsome how some fella said i got one if you need parts at the lights. That will save plenty of time and make it so much easier to do(RX4-not 929) !

No boddy likes a clone :roll:

With two guys working on it i am keen to see the progress of this one 8)

no, car will be sent to scrap most likely. all the sections we unpicked from the 929 are rubish once we got them blasted. Its just too much work and the owner is thinking about just buying one already done.

Hope the project goes ahead, but if not i would love a few of the parts you cut out of the 929 if he does decide to scrap it. Would you beleive my RX4 is even the same colour as this RX4.

Wow big project guys. I guess at least your confident that the car hasn't been in a crash like pretty much every other Mazda on the planet.

Should end up being a very nice car when your finished.
