sold my truck this morning and drove out to pick up this lil guy, its a 1981 Toyota Celica GT 5spd, everything on it is stock. I'm the 3rd owner and has all the paperwork for maintenance, repairs and original window sticker. The guy who owned it traveled alot (hence the RV tow bar on the front) and had it painted to match his RV (used to be pumpkin orange) anyway he died and his son was selling it and ended up talking him down to $1200 and it runs beautifully, needs a little bit of work in the interior and plan on doing something about the paint too but anyway new to the forum so anyone who wants to throw some info about these cars at me please do.

it was one of those cheap maaco paint jobs, the seal around the window for instance wasn't even masked off not to mention the door jams. I paint aircraft for a living so I'm kind of OCD about paint work.

Nice buy - very solid looking Celica!
