I was thinking 3 inch blocks and crank the front to match. Did you have any alignment issues? Is there a correction for said issues?
Pays to get a wheel alignment so you dont chew out the inners of your front tires. Thats about it. Good luck.

Oh and you may need to trim the bumpstops down a bit if its hitting them too much

Another thing, Do you know if eclipse or evo wheels fit our vans? I know that starquest wheels fit but do any others fit as well as those do?

Might need spacers for the front? But rear should be fine

Unfortunately my green L300 has gone to mitsu heaven, I still have 2 other ones though, one stock and one lowered on 17x7 steel wheels.

Image

Not long after I got it 2 inch drop with 18inc Chromes  I was young give me a break!

Image

Painted

Image

Sandblasted wheels and painted them gunmetal, with some clear taillights I made.

Image

Image

I smashed one of the 18s to smithereens so got some 17s and dropped it another 3 inches, so about 5 inch drop in total. Cut the bumpstops right down in the back and removed the ones in the front.

Image

Trying on some 14x10s and 9s

Image

With 14x8 and 14x9 wide steels

Image

i know its cars on grass photo but lets just say not many cats eyes [reflective markers between lanes, not actual cats] escaped this crossmember.

Not long after this I got ordered off the road twice for it being too low and put bigger wheels back on it.

Car is back at Sinco to get a few little things finished off we dont have time to do.

Exhaust
Notch Chassis rails for bumpstops
Make some doorcards
Do water piping
Make an Ali undertray for boot area to cover bottom of fuel cell and pumps
And a couple of other little bits

Moving lockups and being busy as at work means no time for car.. after that its just wiring really! I also am sending my turbo off to be rebuilt so the hiatus/laziness from the last burst I did at start of year is over lol

Couple if pix of current status

Got my car tuned after a mishap with the timing belt :/ Lucky the tuner spotted it!
Image

330kw atw with massive torque, maxed out the map sensor so had to stop at 20psi

Image

Then I broke an axle
Image

Which I managed to get fixed inside a week

In time to attend a local Clubs dragday, good weather and good times

Image

Didn't run very good times the best was 13.5 mainly due to shifting issues and total lack of grip lol. Not sure if the shifting issues were the driver or box oil being too heavy :P

Hello all, bit of an update. Car has been on the road for a about 10 months, have had a shit load of fun

Police and fire dept turned up to this because of the amount of smoke, people complained 4 blocks away!

I am on my 4th gearbox now, saving up for a decent race box or similar but that won't be till next year I would say.

Changed wheels a few times

15x7.5 and 15x8.5 SSR Reverse mesh

Image

13x5 makes for a lol time on the street with 300ish Kw! 5th gear power skids anyone?
Image

15x7 and 15x9 Watanabe
Image

Also hit a dip in the road that ripped my sump plug out, lucky I was going slow and noticed the massive trail of oil behind me... No damage done luckily
Image

Currently putting in my 4th gearbox and getting it ready for a fun event this weekend which I will post pics of if I get my pre done in time!
Image

Till next time!
