 Post subject: Lancer 2000 Turbo...again.

I bought my car in 1991, since then I spend a lot of time and money to keep the car running. Now when the car is 30 years old it's almost ready. Here are some pictures for you to watch.

nicely done! what size is your wheels is it converted to 5 stud and big disc break?

The wheel size is 16inch. It's still 4 stud. After hours of searching i've found a disc brake that I could fit with these wheels, because I didn't want to buy new wheels.

The brake discs are from a Landrover Discovery III and the callipers from a 3000GT.

nice caliper were did that come from?
i can see that you drilled your disk into four studs...nice job.. i have a box too..you can see it in my profile the Engine..GSR 1800

I see you love your car, taking so much care about it, I have a question, that changing existing wheels to setup disk breaks is safe while drive car at speed of 120 kms...

No problems at all! I've had speeds up to 230Km/h.
