I have since dropped the car even more (1-1.5" from before bringing to probably 3" total from stock) and blacked out the chrome trims.

Nothing :p Just cut stock springs but I'm saving up for coilover setup but I've mounted the strut mount this way:


Gained about 1" of strut travel as well as having an extra 1" of drop since the spring perches now sit 1" higher.

Shaved the knuckles allowing the struts to sit about 1/4" lower:


I might shave another 1/4" as theres still a lot of clearance before it hits the axles.

But then these are just temporary setup until I'm able to afford some coilovers. I have some plans for it soo

Looks great. Love the forward rake and the blacked-out chrome works well.
I think I'd prefer to remove the struts lower locating tab than cut the knuckle mounting it!
Was thinking I'll want to do that to my Integra.. but the Accord probably deserves it more.

I would do that but I don't feel like messing up my struts if any accident happened with my angle grinder :p
