Looking through my photo album for the commercial vehicle thread, its occurred to me that I never put up my holiday snaps from my holiday to Malta on JNC! I went for a week in March last year.
As its horrible cold and snowing in the Uk its time to revisit my spots!.

my original spotting thread is here:

you spent your holiday on malta just to see j-tin?
because the place looks rather bleak and depressing otherwise

not just j-tin! British tin, French tin, Italian tin, German tin etc too  I got free accommodation with friends and the flights for ultra cheap so essentially it was a free holiday!
Its defiantly not bleak and depressing! Most of Gozo is very picturesque. It probably looks a bit bleak in the photos where I've wandering in to dodgy looking areas in search of interesting rusty machinery!

Did you meet up with the Maltese Crown owner here on JNC?

Thanks for posting these pics. That's a buttload of J-tin! I want to go to there.

G'day to you Mate!
You're the answer to my prayers. I spotted this ride, a MK1 Hyundai Pony, which you shot in Malta. Any idea if this ride still exists? Rekindled my Dad's old ride when she survived for 20 years and went up to the Car Heaven Above.
Coincidentally, there's also a Dutch dude who's crazy over MK1 Ponies like myself, in which he acquired three to date!

Hope to hear from you soon!

Sweet pics! Its so odd to see cars like that driving around.

I believe the Bluebird is actually a 310- the 210's look like FIATs.

Do you think the cars rust from the top down because of salt in the air from the ocean?

hello I havent been back too Malta since I took those photos, perhaps a Maltese JNC member can find out if the Pony still on the road.

But I do know of one in the UK! (next to the Hirst Galant)
