Thanks mate!

your Scorpion (what we call em out here in Aus) is coming along very very nicely!
She's off to get an engineers certificate tomorrow. Hopefully everything goes to plan.
Sorry Hunter, I missed your post from a while back. The Jayracing front outlet is pretty good! We've been racking up plenty of K's (or miles for you guys

) and the weather's been heating up here in Sydney and it hasn't leaked yet.
A few issues I had we're it being a little big meaning I had to file the hole in the head out a little bit. Not much, only a few thou but it was enough that it wouldn't quite go in.
Keep in mind that these would have been developed on an evo/eclipse motor and mine's technically a Hyundai

there shouldn't be too many differences but who knows.
It has an O-ring to seal the join with but I used a little copper gasket cement just to make sure.
Blanking off the old outlet in the head is very straight forward. It's flat so I just fab'd up a plate, used some gasket material and gasket goo and that's it.
I had to mix and match a top radiator hose to fit, I think I ended up using a Mazda 626 top hose and cut it in half. I used the Hyundai Sonata thermostat top and bottom housing which is probably why it sits at a bit of a funny angle, but it works and I already had it in the shed, no need to run around trying to find something that fit, plus it had all the fitting's.
Aside from that, it's a bolt on and go part!
