I've had this car since September 2010. I have about 195k miles on the car.

What the car looks like right now:

I have a full writeup on the car restoration on my blog: http://chrischillino.com/

I made really good progress on the installs but it took longer than I planned. Old cars are a pain to work on sometimes. I finished the bearings and brakes all the way around.

I now have new outer bearing for the rear and new inner and outer bearings for the front. I also have seals front and rear and Royal Purple oil in rear. The brake rotors are replaced both front and rear as well as new wheel studs for the front rotors. The pads and hardware are new all the way around and the front are Hawk HPS pads. Stainless steel brake lines and speed bleeders are now installed all the way around. The ball joints are replaced as well and I would say that was probably the hardest part of the project.

I still have to replace the tie rod ends, pitman arm, and idler arm. The OMP still needs to be rebuilt as well. I plan to get this done this Friday. When I get this all done I plan to rebleed the brakes one more time.

It looks like I may be getting my car finished sooner than I had originally planned. And when I say finished, I mean completely finished. I'm hoping to start hitting the car shows this year hard.

The list of what I'll be getting done:
-rust and dent repair, front subframe tweeked, paint.
-new seals, emblems, decals, etc
-wheels refinished
-drivers seat repaired
-carpets redyed
-high flow cat
-throwout bearing

I'm hoping to have it all done by late spring.

I ordered the Bönez Performance Converter System over the weekend. I will be getting that and the throwout bearing done while the car is at the shop on the lift. I'll be doing the install myself.

I'm going to the paint shop tonight to go over the project. He will be doing the full assessment of the car today. I plan to start ordering the seals and emblems in the next few days. I want to see what he thinks I will need first.

I will post progress pics as soon as I have some.
