Heres one of two 1st gen accord sedans i currently own. I first saw this car a few years ago when it sold on ebay. The winning bidder was here in socal who paid $6500 for the car including shipping from kentucky. The car was purchased as a highschool graduation present for a young girl by here dad. Long story short the car was only driven a short period of time here in california when it developed some carb quirks and was then parked in the garage for the next couple of years. Girl went off to college and the car was just collecting dust and taking up space in the garage. The dad wanted to scrap the car to the junkyard, thats where i came into the picture and picked it up. Upon purchase i ran through the car..rebuilt the carb, replaced the battery, cables, did all the maintenance, fluids, filter, tune up, etc. I opted to leave the factory radiator hoses and oem sumitomo sparkplug wires still dated "1980", everything is in amazing shape. Original dealer window sticker and sales receipt were also included with the car. Ive put almost 4k miles since purchase and this car is awesome though the 3 speed hondamatic took some getting use to on the freeway since im use to my 5spd accord. The car also had genuine sheepskin seat covers that looked to be installed when the car was new, when i removed the seat covers the factory material looked great but was really dried out so i had the seats reupholstered.
