hey guys
I bought this bike around 2 years ago. i used it as a work commuter for around 6 months untill some one in a 4 wheel drive ran a give way sign putting me in hospital for a few months.. luckily the bike wasn't to badly damaged
It wasn't the most pretty thing when i first got it so it gave me an excuse to give it a full make over. the hardest part was fabricating the new seat and tail

I think I have the size problem sorted now
Here are some pics of how I made the seat.


First I made a big blob with expanda foam.

Then I shaped it up with a bread knife and some sand paper

Then covered it with fiberglas and smoved it all out with body fille. Then you
Guessed it on went the paint
