anyone with a Hako have a Cat on their exhaust? im getting my KGC10 inspected this week, and mine has no Cat, so im not sure if its a problem yet. i know the exhaust has NO room for a cat as it is right now, but im not sure if thats cause its an aftermarket exhaust or not.

looks funny as hell with S14 OEM wheels on it.. its WAY too low with the Wat's on it to pass JCI.. LOL

now im being told that the exhaust cant stick out past the bumper.. its the standard Hako dual outlet exhaust that pretty much everyone has.

my friend is going to call and confirm, but he's pretty sure that its a no go item.

anyone else ever JCI a vintage car and have to over come this hurdle? i really dont want to have to cut this exhaust.. FAIL!!!!

The standard dual-outlet exhaust Hako, almost everyone has. My friend called and confirmed, but he was sure, did not go to a project.

Congrats! It's a great feeling. It's funny how some inspectors don't see old cars sometimes. At first they listed a bunch of things that failed on my Laurel (rear turn signals not amber, front turns not amber, etc. etc), but the supervisor came out to look at the car after it "failed" for that, yelled at the worker and went into the books. The original 12 fails turned into 4, normal things like front tires sticking out past the fender and an exhaust leak.
