My question is at what point did they stop and think, "Yea, this looks good!"

I don't understand at what point they thought the combination of a rag top, Supra taillights, and pickup bed would work together. Those three elements don't even work separately...

The parts car looks to be a better buy than the white piece of poo

Wow. The ad says that it is a great car for "RX-7 lovers". If you loved RX-7s, you would keep it looking like an RX-7, not some car version of awful plastic surgery. Some car guys and actresses never learned that more is not always better.

I would give him a few bucks for the cool retro cell phone, and maybe the obsolete MiniDisc player (who remembers those?). Oh, I need a fuse box cover for my GSL-SE, I would keep that too.

I'd buy it off him, then set it on fire in his driveway.

I remember seeing this on eBay a couple years back. He is still asking a sky high price for his abortion I see.

So the plot thickens...! Did he use the same pictures when he first posted it? It's likely much worse for wear than it was then. J-tin dosen't fare well in this climate; much less so when shoddy body modifications have been made.

He's also asking $400 for a set of super-common 4-spoke factory alloys. You know, the ones we've all seen a million times on first-gens. "Sky high" is right. I'll have what he's having.

There's an FC RX7 running around town here with 20" chrome wheels and a DOHC VTEC sticker on each side.

Still 10x as tasteful as this ebay atrocity.

What's the minimum bid? If each of us threw a dollar in we could adopt it and put it out of its misery.

I believe those are the exact photos.

This means several things:

1) The fake convertible top will now function as a one-time-use parachute for high-speed 1/4 mile runs.

2) The infamous "rat's nest" of underhood wiring is now an actual rat's nest.

3) The awful 80s maroon interior is now accentuated by bits of blue, green, and black (mold).

How could anyone pass up such a bargain? :tu:

Parts at best. I'd be interested to media blast it to see just how bad it really is.
