so i filled up for the first time today in my 83 civic S. i am only getting about 23 mpg. i was expecting at least 30, all city driving.
So what are my options?
do i need to take it in for a tune up?
or is there something more serious going on?
\the car seems to be running just fine.
it idles high until engine temps come up.
there are no oil leaks.
thanks for any help!

Fuel filter wont improve your gas mileage.

Are the plugs, wires, cap and rotor in good shape?
