My one mudflap I have left rubs the whole time I'm driving, it'll just wear down eventually.

maybe I am old but I don't see the 91's as being nostalgic yet.....too many kids running around with them as beater first cars :)

Guess, it was like that with the 1st gen Civics when I was in high school :?

Yeah, technically its not nostalgic yet, and being so recent like some stated it's hard for older folk to even seem them as nostalgic (like E-AT says, he doubts he ever will and I can see his point). Being 23 the EF's were the first honda's I ever set eye on and they hold a lot of nostalgia for me personally. I wasn't even aware of honda's from the 70's till the advent of the internet due to an extreme lack of nostalgic honda's in these parts. I post it here because this is the only forum I visit that can actually talk or even appreciate anything older than 92 or so. The EF's tend to be shit on by the younger generation because they are seen as slow ass beaters even though the autocross guys know the potential in the hatchback version. The smell of this car runs plus the old interior brings back lots of memories of romping around in my dad in his old datsun pickup. I tried to pick up a 85 celica coupe locally but they thought their shit was made of gold and this was the only semi older car to even fall into my price range and offered a perfect platform for my first serious effort into tuning and having fun with a car.

But hey, if the mods ever feel like this thread doesn't belong, I'm fine with them deleting it.

Got the wheels on :3 http://www.flickr.com/photos/bigtoepfer ... 512477210/

Met up with my brother at his shop to get the tires mounted. He had to beat up the rear fenders quite a bit to keep it from rubbing and we pulled out the fronts a tad as well.
