Had a good time at the show today, meet new friends. The suspension needs some fine tuning I had to remove the swaybar it was hitting the oil pump. The brake booster is bad I'll have to find another one. Here are few pics of the car out doors and the wheels with the brakes

It was cool to finally see your car in person. I wish I had more time to hang out. Will have to hang out once derux gets his car back on the road.

I picked up the center caps from a guy I got the front wheels from in Torrance Ca. I'll try to find his name.

I've had a wiring Gremlin sense I got the car. The first issue is the low beem lights not working, then no lights working. The second was the gauges working than not working than working again??? So a good member sent me a wiring diagram for the car so I started yesterday, with a trip to Fedex to enlarge it. Next was to raid my kid markers.

Image

The head lights had a pinched wire at the head light bucket and the core support on the driver side and a broken connector on the passanger side but still no low beams. So I called my Dad a 40 plus year Nissan mechanic with another quastion about the car. He advised me to jumper the lights to make sure that they even worked here what I found the last pic is how I felt.

look close at the center pin

The second issue is the fues blowing for the guages and started to melt the fues box I'm still working on that.

I have a question for those who have a my model is there a sub harness from behide the head lights to the front fender marker light? Mine where never hooked up, and theres about 14" of missing wire.

I started a new project on the car, I need to do some thing about my drivers seat being 6' 5". The factory seat and where it was just was not working, I had to put a smaller steering wheel just to get my leg between the door and the steering wheel. I got my self an OMP big boy race car seat for my Race car back in 06. The race car went away and then it found a home in my 240sx, and now I'm repurpose the seat now for the Skyline. A couple years back at the JCCS show in Long Beach. I was able to sit in a 70's vintage reproduction race car. I had wanted to install one in my Skyline. It looked great but there was just one problem there made for small people, and Im not he. So the idea is the rebuid the OMP seat to look like a vintage race car seat. So the project begains.
