So i came across this Datsun 521 (?) on the Fieldzeye blog (the guys who blessed the world with this Nissan Pao) ...

Image

... and after staring at it for a few seconds realized it only has two doors

I only know about one other two-door wagon and it's a VW Santana:

Image

Although the ride height looks photochopped it really does have two doors. :P

Y'all probably know a lot more of these automotive oddities...

Yeah there are plenty more wagons with 2 doors. Most of the old Japanese wagons have a 2-door (3-door would be appropriate I guess) variant or two.

I owned this Reliant Scimitar GTE many moons ago - like a two door wagon. 3.0L V6 with 4spd + overdrive. Too bad it was so rough.

Is TE51 a wagon?

KE16/18 wagon only came in 2-door form so far as I know. Never seen a 4-door variant.

My brother used to own one:

Seen a few of these around

Well I can go on..

...I promise, promise, promise I've learned my lessons about old Lotuses

But,

It's the all-chromed A-pillars and completely glassed in, separate, non-hatchback trunk glass that really get me...

And using the same engine...

Hehe I was kind of hoping for this awesome reaction :D.

How could I have forgotten about that amazing Volvo p1800. I saw one parked when I was a little kid. I recall it was nicknamed Snow White's coffin or something along those lines.

FYI, this isn't stock. It was built from a 4dr wagon, using 2dr parts.

Mazda made station wagons in 2 door and 4 door flavours. 2 door wagons rock.

I always thought the '75-'79 Corolla 2dr liftback, was styled after this car... whenever, I looked at my orange '77 Corolla liftback, I used to own. 8)

Gotta be the most KICKASS of ALL 2dr wagons...

A Mopar........... the Dodge Challenger R/T wagon. Although, it looks to be a one-off custom, or a concept car. Since there were NO Challenger/Cuda nomads, offered from Chrysler.

Kinda looks like a Gremlin, from the rear. Eww... :P

Who could forget, those COOL, custom California, TransAm wagons from the 70's? One was even featured on the Rockford Files. :)

A few 80's 3rd gen, Trans Am wagons... ALOT sexier, in my opinion.

Also, a few 90's 4th gens...

Early Saab wagons were two-doors.

The 3rd gen accord had a 2door wagon variant in Europe called an "Accord Aerodeck". Used to want one really bad actually, lol.

Don't forget the soon to be JNC, 87-90 Nissan Pulsar NX/EXA coupe... which could turn into a wagon, with the switch of a removable hatchback. 8)
