Anyone know why I continue to get this message on my web browser?

It happens somewhat at random, I've tried restarting internet browser several times. Sometimes I can only get to the home page, othertimes, I go to links from home page, then to the forums succesfully. Other times, not.

I get that alot when going onto the site from work
I "think" its all the trafic going to & coming from our server & portal

Happens on some other sites aswell
Never happens from home tho

This is the part that matters. Basically there's too many people logged in to the server/db.

It's nothing you're doing and a resolve is under-way by the JNC team, just a matter of getting popular fast!
