Lot's of things come into play. What I take pictures of versus what you may take pictures of is probably completely different. I like a lot of the new cars, especially the kei cars. Also, it's 10 years later and cars have simply changed. So have people's buying and driving trends. A lot of young people in Japan are opting not to buy a car. Everywhere in Japan, but especially in big cities, it's easy to get around by train, subway or bus - why spend money on a car if other transportation is readily available. Times change, cars change .... who knows what we'll be seeing in the next 10 years

the cycle here is about 3 years, you can guess where the older j-tin ends up sooner than later. My own at 1987 sube could be one of the oldest daily driven japanese in the state, all year round.
from my time at my current place since 2007 to today.. a different realm of machines. the cars parked next to me left and right areon their second and third...
I am stubborn about an old sube. I like seeing the classics being kept up anyplace. good influence, great photos.
