Can wait to see more pics, engine/interior, what are your plans for her?

No, its a replica. A real one is well over 100k USD. :( Maybe one day one when I become rich I'll be honored to own a real one.

Looks like a great car, what are your plans?

Plans.. well right now get some tires & replace the water pump. Before the car left the sellers home. He called to let me know the water pump was weeping from the weep hole. As soon as the rain lets up I'll be changing those. Since the car came from out of state the carbs need to be tuned. I also want to get some suspension to lower the car a bit. I’d like to take the car out to some track days.

Overall I plan to restore the car in the FAR future. I’ve been wanting one of these cars for so long but for now just want to enjoy it.

Does anyone have a digital Factory Service Manual that I could buy or get a copy of?

Looking at the first picture:

"Hmm, flood truck, Mopar garbage, double Mopar garbage, cute Nomad, off-lease Nissan, hello, wha...KENMERI!"

Great find, sir. My favourite Skyline shape by far. :tu:

Actually I debated back & forth whether or not to pm you to see if you wanted to meet up when I was in Utah. I wanted to see your Hakosuka in person. In the end I didn’t want to bother you.

But if your ever in the Northern California pm me. Always cool to meet another jnc member.

You absolutely should have, i would love to meet up, not to many nostalgic car fans around here, but i could have shown you around a bit.

I am actually thinking of using a trailer and bringing my car to SF for a week or so in the next month or so to drive it around a bit as i am moving and not taking my car with me so i wont be able to drive it for 2 years.

Are you going to enjoy the car as is, or have bigger plans?

We had these skylines "240K" domestically here in oz. They pop up from time to time still, but are becoming really hard to find.

I can imagine some of the locals look back twice!

Yes there is definitely a "Datsun Tax" now in Australia :) It's funny because not long ago you couldn't give them away

Amen to that, same in NZ, 10 years ago these weren't worth scrap and I hated them.

Its funny how taste changes and when one popped up a couple of years ago I could not say no!!

The price on all Datsuns in New Zealand has appreciated a hell of a lot in the last couple of years.

I absolutely love C110s and yours is a fantastic example. Good score!!!!
