What's the story behind the yellow headlight trend? Was that standard in Germany for higher contrast something or other, like yellow shooting glasses or some sorta wizard magic like that?

As far as i know using a pair of yellow headlights and normal ones is because the yellow ones are better to drive through the fog and since in those european countries there´s a lot of fog....well you do the math!

I need to find yellow fogs for my RX-7, and a suitable switch that will fit in the empty space on my center console or gauge cluster surround. I guess I should find the factory location first, hm?
