These arrived today off ebay. 1/64 Rally Car Collection by CM's, same size as Tomica and Matchbox as a guide.

Very nice, many different Japanese versions both classic and modern available. Also very well priced, these were under US$10 each including airmail postage from Hong Kong.

Apologies for my point and shoot camera that doesn't like doing close ups!

for car display shelving, look at model train cabinets. Something designed to take HO scale equipment would be perfect for matchbox sized vehicles.

you can buy cabinets already made to go (especially in the USA), it might be a low cost option to having some built.

My 4 year old came running in my room when I got home from work just now and said "look what I got!" He pulled his toy from behind his back and showed me a Hot Wheels car. It was a Bluebird 510 that I had not seen before and that I don't think I've seen posted on here. It is white and has a black hood and blue wheels and says something like TJ RACING or something.

Anyone seen this one?

I picked up one of the brown 510's a while ago but quickly got bored of it, so I decided to make it a little more my style.
