 Post subject: Fuse Panel Upgrade

The main fuse in my 82 is blown and I can not locate a new fuse that will fit the original panel. Has anybody upgraded their fuse box? If so can you post what you have used instead of the stock.

What kind of fuse was in there? What amperage was it rated for? Did it look like a mini-wrench before it blew? If it's the same as the '79 and earlier Civics, they are still available.

Thanks, I found an aftermarket 50 A fusible link that will work for the main fuse. The contact plate was copper and I was able to drill my own holes to accommodate the factory fuse panel screws!
