That's quite the restoration project. Sorry, I can't help with parts, as these are pretty rare in the US too. Maybe try Australia?

I like your avatar, Welcome to JNC!

Australians had a similar car called the Magna, but they weren't hard top like yours and they were actually wider than the Galant/Sigma platform. Best to try Japan or here in New Zealand as we had many of these cars come in as used imports during the 90s. But they are starting to get thin on the ground here too. I would absolutely love to find an E18A Eterna Duke 3.0 V6 hard top.

If you can't get an original Mitsu carburetor... try sourcing yourself a Weber performance carburetor. Alotta people swear by them for reliability and performance. :)

Very nice work on your project. That will be an impressive car to drive in.
The Carburetor and exhaust should be something you can find. They were used in many other Mitsubishi cars with that engine as well as the 4G62. It is possible you might find an exhaust that does not have the catalyst in it that will need a different front exhaust. This will be more reliable in the long run.
The carb off of the 2.6L engine may work for you also as a core to build from. You may need to use the jets from your carb to get the mixture right.

I might have a 4g64 exhaust manifold, non cat, much better flow if you need it. Just pay shipping from usa

What carb parts do you need? I have a few spare crap 2.6 carbs laying around I would gladly pull crap off of if you need anything.

The weber is definately a easy alternative. I ran one on my 1.6 after my stock carbs secondary froze up.

30l/100km? Does your car "eat" a motor oil too? Maybe not only problems with carb?

i guess you don't want to place "not original" carb there? I have a problem with it, too: when idle, r/pm's goes up to 2500-3000, and no specialists who can adjust it..
