 Post subject: Datsun 210 starter compatibility

I've got a line on a '81 Datsun 210 that apparently needs a starter. Is there any compatibility with other Datsuns or am I looking for a A-series engine starter? Thanks.

Both. :P

A starter from any A-series equipped car should fit up and work.

71-73 1200
74-78 B210
79-83 210
79-83 310

And L-series starter will not fit. :wink:

Excellent. There is a B210 locally that I might be able to buy a starter from.
