It's a really really common swap in Central Fl.

Rotaries seem to go in everything around here and everything else seems to go back into the Rx7s!

Common Rotor swaps around here are Starlets, Corollas, Datsun 1200s.

I've seen rx7s with everything from a 3tc to a G54b in em.

I've seen 5 Starlets in DFW. Only one didn't have a rotary. :P

The best explanation for this is that there's a dearth of Puerto Ricans in Los Angeles. :lol: :lol:

about twenty years ago I was stationed on the East Coast and really didn't give a damn about imports but still noticed what the Puerto Ricans did with Datsuns, Corollas and Mazdas - especially those early 1970s Mazda coupes that look like Opels kinda.....? Didn't care much for imports then but those P'wer-toe Ree-cain-yos built some sweet rides! 'cept for the dingle balls hanging around the windows. never cared for that.

...That's totally pretty awesome...

I just love seeing how good stock 280s can look, when they're well cared for 8)

A rarity to see a JNC in Houston, Texas...

Saw this beauty, a 1979 Datsun 810 in a local parking lot. The owner was hanging out in the car's plushed out vintage plaid interior. He was on a short break from work. I pulled over (wearing my JCCS Shirt) and told him about the Japanese Nostalgic car following.

Shibuya on Sunday and what must be close to the last of this Cedric wagon line with the wing-mirrors:

Starting an Isuzu theme, Uehara apato;

Quite surprised to see this Piazza Nero Irmscher bone stock unmolested, and only one light scratch on those glorious Giugiaro 1980s wheel covers:

Fuji Rabbit Touring for two-wheeled fans. I loved his suit-and-tie look:

See ya! Neko.

I saw this at the Skyline Nationals, its immaculate inside and was running an RB25DET from memory. His son has a white sedan with a worked L28 which sounded like pure porn!

This week in Hong Kong. Likely the oldest Japanese car in the territory (from a fellow enthusiast there).

That KGC110 is cool though, I wonder if its packing an S20 under the hood or just a GT-R clone
