Borbets are from my friends Nissan. Actually the rims that i have now are only for summer or a two. Plan is to buy some compomotive wheels like these:

Congratulations on completion of work with this car!

Nice job Henry! Great result! :tu:

Will you restore 121 next?

BTW I've couple of questions and one notice:
1. How did you lowered rear end?
2. What kind of engine mounts did you use?
3. What kind of gear box did you use? How many gears? Is it straight fit to VC engine? Any modifications for mounting & gears shifter?
4. Is your donor Mazda 929 has an intact windshield? I need one for my 929 coupe...
5. Any other unused parts left for sell?

As I know all Mazda 929 (LA2) were manufactured between 1973 and 1978 so your car can't be made in 1980...

Actually next car im going to restore is a -64 beetle so 121 have to wait a bit :)

1) Didn´t do anything to the rear end so it should be almost on the normal height.

2) Engine mounts i bought from local store called Etra

3) Gear box is from the 121, 5 speed. It´s for VC engine so no fitting problems.

4) Donor has a windshield but has some scrapes under the wipers. Not so good.

5) Donor car is full of parts :)

Yep, that´s right. Car was manufactered in -78 but was registered in -80 so that´s why the car papers say 1980.

Wondering will a FE15 18 200D distributor from a 626GC 85- 2,0l Fe-motor fit to the VC-engine?

A short video from last summer, sorry about the relatives standing in the way :)

I know from experience that it fits an MA, so it should fit a VC
