Hey guys, I've been a long time time lurker and finally decided I would post up some progress of my daily driver. It's been quite a bit of work to get it where it's at now. This is how I first received it...

I made one good Starlet out of two decent ones, this one was done for with some frame damage.

I have since done all the major body work, dents, rust repair, shaved mirror, antenna, side markers, license plate lights, trunk key hole, etc. etc. and now it just needs some blocking before I decide on a color.

I have actually documented some of the build on my shop blog here at
http://www.jdmlegends.com/blog/ You might have to scroll back a bit to see the posts...

Now I just need some paint and a motor that makes at least 100 hp

Fantastic welding on those nerf-style bumpers. As a matter of fact I browsed your blog and the fab work is top notch!

Thanks guys!! and yes, I work with Cobb as well and that is a JDM Model R35 that we brought in before they were available in the states to get a head start on the "uncrackable" ecu. Strange pair of cars to be parked together for sure, the Starlet looks even smaller compared to that beast :D
