Very nice! those rear blinds you Aussies like crack me up. I suppose if we had them there wouldn't be so much cracked vinyl in our cars.

Welcome to JNC!

Sweet collection man!

C'mon Ben - just gotta love a set of Venetians in your JNC, basically proven to add 10 hp!!

Yes, for some reason everyone here (except me) wants them.

As far as I know they are an uniquely Australian accessory. Still manufactured here, but only for a limited range of vehicles.

That would be a good story to put in the magazine - period accessories. I buy a lot of 60's - 70's car magazines and love the old accessory ads. Usually complete with some groovy chick draped over a car with her mouth open in ecstasy.

We just put them on the outside here Ben. I really dig them. Here's a rare factory option set on an AW11

I told the owner I get first dibs on them if she wants to take them off :)

Look good on a 3rd Gen Celica too!

I think Ben already knows about outside rear louvers, man.

I think his comment was meant for those INSIDE rear blinds.

is yours not a deluxe model?

i also noticed your taillights have amber on the outer edge, have never seen that before also did you put those seat belts in?they look a bit modern for that car

Those tail lights might be required in Oz. As far as the inside venetians, we had them in the US back in the 60s. Usually seen in yank tanks driven by geezers.

The rubber impact things you mention were not required here. The bumper bars were as supplied from factory
