Seen a few of them rocking these?

But on an AE71/TE72 I'm a bigger fan of rolling the stock flares out as far as you can.

Rolling your fenders properly will probably be more than the $200 the flares cost, assuming there will be repainting in the future.

Here's a set I picked up years ago for my ride:

I got them from Rhett aka. Toycoolrolla in the Philippines. Can't remember how much they were and I don't know if he's still selling them.

Check at Club4ag.com or stop by here http://www.pbase.com/toycoolparts and you'll find his email address.

I've heard that they are copies of the 240Z flares that were linked to earlier. He makes them out of fiberglass and he was playing around with CF for a while so he might be able to replicate them in CF if you like. Fit seemed decent, I never actually got around to mounting them permanently before I sold them.

Hope that helps.

You know, if you take some in-progress photos, and write a basic how-to, then this forum will have a thread on how to do it.

It is good to see other Sport Coupes surviving in Texas. I hope to see this at a some meet in the future.

Yeah, that car met an unfortunate end when I moved to TX. Due to some less than ideal circumstances, it went to a charity and didn't come with me. However, shortly after moving I picked up another that just needs a little bit of loving:

I'd like to make it up north some time to one of your meets some time. DFW is a bit far from H-Town and I'm not sure I'm ready for the trip yet but some day I'd like to meet up. Yours was one of the first Sport Coupes I came across on the web back in the day when I was looking for info on the Brown car.
