Well if you get another Cressy and want to go the VIP route let me know. I am going to keep the prototype around as a templete.

Just when I get real comfortable with the Cress it decides to give me a bunch of shit. First i have to go and put a tire on the spare to take the place of one of the eat up 16's. Then, I notice that my left front inner fender liner is gone... just gone. Then the other night on my way to try and finish my MR2, the right front wheel bearing dissolves.

I swear this car is really starting to piss me off.

So right now I have no cars working.

That sucks. If it's any help, the junkyards around here sell wheel bearings for $2 each. I've had one dissolve on my Cressy too and I think I damaged my hub (seems odd because it's cast iron). Just remember to dig all the bearings bits out of the hub before you put the new ones on.

Does anyone else know if a spindle from a second gen Supra would work on a Cressida? The closest one I found is our and hour drive away, and I have no idea what side it is.

I need help people, anyone have a right spindle that will fit a 87' Cressy....... anyone?

Nice wood working on your front table. Can't wait to see the finished product. For the trim rings for your table, I would out some check gauge bezels or clock bezels. If you have pretty standard diameter, you might get lucky in that regard. The rectangular hole might need a custom made piece.
