Hey guys, I've recently found a transmission leak coming from the front of the trans. I haven't had much free time recently to really jack it up and inspect it, but I'm thinking it's just a seal. Anyway, I've been hearing a pretty nasty rattling sound coming from the transmission when I left off the gas and coast down a hill or on flat ground. The transmission still shifts very smoothly and I keep plenty of fluid in it to compensate for the leak, but just not sure what the rattling is? It's the stock trans. If anyone has any knowledge on this, please share.

Get under there. Check where you are leaking and take a good look at your transmission mount. My guess is that its toast and its what your hearing on decel. It loads the engine and trans differently on decel. Then report back.

Derp.. I think it was my shifter linkage that was loose. Changed my trans pan gasket and filter yesterday and now we're lookin good!
