Im really in to this corolla and im thinking about purchasing this 81 corolla of craigslist. I love the body style and to be honest, this site has me wanting a corolla bad. Can yall tell me if this is a good deal or not. I would drive about 6 hours to get this car but im kinda flying in blind. thanks for looking and ps i have my flame suit on. :mrgreen:

The price seems a bit steep for SoCal. Not sure what the market is like out there. Datsunfreak may be able to tell you better since he's from Texas. He'll also say watch out for rust if it's a houston car.

If it's all there, price isn't too far off. You can usually buy one that runs (doesn't sound like that one does) for similar money, so...

yeah sounds like it doesnt run pretty high on the price esp with rust. I just got a AE with a 3t in it with suspension work for 1g and drove it home
