No, I just put new shocks and stuff on and I am sure it will drop a bit over time. I just want factory height, in order to avoid all the dips around here. I see your point though and I like the look of a lowered ride, just not the tire stuck in a fender issue that comes with it.

Yeah, I really did luck out with the interior on this car. It has 80K on the clock at this point and spent most of its time indoors. I still have the original bill of sale and all that fun stuff as well.

Thanks for the replies and I am still looking for advice on how to make the wheel wells look better, since my stock stainless has seen too many doors in its day.

so what done in the project? i assumed interior since it is so clean, but you said original {amazing!} was it re-sprayed? i love this car, i like lowered cars, but it really doesn't matter with something this nice.

Stuff that I have replaced
Shocks
All brakes, including new rotors and drums etc
body work and new paint
Polishing all the chrome and plastic chrome
new engine electronics and all new vacuum hoses etc

The interior has just been cleaned(like crazy), but that is a virgin interior with its pimp plush purple(red) color

I had one of these 20 years ago and loved it then. I enjoy the ride they offer and the looks of this body style.

No, the stock color was silver and I went was a Lexus color that is a black Mica color or paint code GO1. I did fill in the mounting holes for the toyota cressida emblem that is on the rear quarter panels as well. I just wanted a smooth look and was also afraid that the emblems would not last much longer as they are just plastic.

Wow.

Tyres seem a little on the large side, but that's a personal thing and it's your car. The interior is AMAZING!

Beautiful car. Since this thread has been resurrected, where in Utah are you? I have a few nostalgics and I live really close to JDM Legends in Murray. They are planning on having monthly meets and we'd love to see you.

Here is a link to the local events thread:
