i'm fitting a pair like these on my MS55. True, they're brit mirrors, but they go well with it. And they're very common over here

I have these on my Corona but want to change to the black bullets. I want to find a set of the short Skyline mirrors or a set of these

Not feeling those mirrors... I like the boxy type for your car. the OEM look is always best IMO.

And they are not for a crown....

Try to look for the OEM looks on the internet (your GT version) and look for some that look like that.

Yeah,I really wanted it tobe bolt on but the flares Igot was not of good quality repro. Thin spots on some bolt areas.

Anyway, Just picked up a 1973 te27. Whole body is solid except for the floor pan and spare tire. Water accumulated and kind of eaten the floor.:(

Thanks. I think that would look good on the car. Good price too!

Nice pick up! I imagine 2TG's are pretty rare in the US?

Thanks. No, the 2tg are out there. Some People don't want to get rid of them(like me). Anyway, upon being given the lead , I just couldn't pass this opportunity up. So the rt105 is on sideline for now. The te27 is running the next day and is now running down the streets. Replaced the complete tie rods end to end and the ball joints will be next, strut support and bushings on lower arm.

One thing bothers me tho, everytime i start the engine it sound like diesel at first then when the oil goes up the engine quites down. Does this mean I'm having problem with my oil pump??? I don't 't like the sound of it.

Update pics.. already took all the bumpers front and back and trims for the trip to the body shop for dent/dings repair and primer. Hopefully this coming week.

btw, need a te27 front windshield bad! mine has tons of bubble starburst sandwhich in between the glass. got windshield?

I like this and I think there is one very similar at ebay. Well, I might get it, later on as I have again found another project running te27. It's a 72 this time. Good condition overall with just the doors are sagging on both and it's caved in a bit. No rust hole like the '73 on floor but interior is trashed.
Today, I just got this baby home. No we didn't tow it home but drove it!:).

The bad side on this deal was it's an automatic!!! Carb was not idling right so i have to run it on high rpm else it will bog down or cut out. So the auto shifting was just bad!!! Tranny need to be flushed or rebuilt as it wasn't shfting right but we got her home safe. Again, suspension is shot and it was all over the place. big time play on the steering rack.

Don't know yet if i will part it out and just get the parts I need to finish the '73 or sell it. Wish I have the mulah to fix all.

anyway, here she is:

Selling the front wheels btw. I have 5 wheels that came with the car. No curb rash. 14x7.
