will let you know. Kind of debating now which one to part out or to sell either one of the te27's or the rt105. . Can't have three cars at the same time.

hi, I'm new to this site, but I was checking out the rt105, with the flares, looks awsome. I have a 76 corona, and wanted flare on mine, I was looking at some jdm corona. so me and my bro. went to a local junk yark and found some plastic flares on a jw jetta, and they fit pretty good also. spent 40 for all 4.

thanks for the compliment. Yes, those early jetta flares are good. I used them before on my kp61 starlet and it came out nice.
Post a pic once you got them fitted. I'm curious how they look.:)

No worries... here to help! It was actually more about the correct placement of the [img] tags. :)

Flares look ok. No offense but u need to ditch those + offset wheels and get a set of 15x7 or 8" with 0 offset, drop the car down front and rear and you car will be slammin;)

Just my 2 cents:)

Just got my fender "ebay" mirrors from thailand. It's the closest thing to the original that I can get.

Btw, have another prospect te27. Also a '72. the other one I sold already.

ok. I was a the j/y looking for a clutch assembly for my rt but to no avail  . so after exhausted search I thought i'd try to find some door seal for my car as we all know it is not available anymore and as much as i tried to find all over the web nobody seems to have one.
So I chance upon a late 80's corolla/nova 4dr sedan and thought the seals look like it might work. took it out and did a test fit and to my amazement the rear has the same corner to corner lenght.

Bought the whole rubber seal front and back. Got home and tried them. it works like a charm although you may have to do some cutting and trimming. Best is to cut it from the bottom. So now I have door seals temporarily. Btw, the trunk seal from a camry works well too. Just have to cut it also.

late 80's or early 90's I think. forgot what year. was gonna take the one from the corolla/nova but the trunk rubber was damaged so I just tried the one next to it(camry) and it fit fine.

just a small update. Just installed a custom clutch pedal that came off a camry. Had to shorten the pedal and weld it back in. Got a new clutch master and now just working to get a custom line for it.

Got a set of cluster gauges form a from a friend that came off a 76 2 dr coupe corona. very cool but need a lot of re-wiring:(

For now, currently looking for an rg head #250 or 253 as mine has a crack in the #3 dome as I found out. I already have the block in the machine shop for a re-bore as the new pistons I got is a tad bigger than my 9:7 pistons though they have the same CR ratio of 9:7???
