 Post subject: New here. Te72 Wagon in Atlanta

just joined. ive had a love for old toyota's since i was 12, when my dad bought me an ae86. had no idea what it was at the time, but it was cheap and would make a good first car. now, id never own anything but an old jap car. here's some pics of the wagon

Only in the U.S.
In most other countries the Sr5 spec car was an AE85 :wink:

An AE85 is a 3AC car (1.5L), not the 4AC (1.6L) the SR5 has. They are not the same spec. :wink:

The AE85-spec version was never sold here as anything. :tu:

well i still got it regardless. just sitting, colecting dust. im contimpalting do a serious swap in my wagon, and im gonna need a DD, so i have been tossing around the idea of throwing an old turbo diesel benz motor in the Ae with an auto tranny for a DD. would be pretty nasty i think. torque for days

by first car i drove legally was an ae86 too not a gts sadly
