Thanks for posting this. This C4C crap has screwed me out of a few good deals on cars because stupid owners see visions of some mythical goverment handout in their future. It will be good to have some hard facts to show them. :tu:

Note that work trucks (i.e., very large pickup trucks and cargo vans) have different requirements.
