I can't post pictures/links until my first post, so... here is my introduction.

I am building and racing a 1987 MR2 in D-Prepared for SCCA Autocross, and High Speed Trials. I'm trying to go with a flared JNC look.

Performance-wise style doesn't matter, but if I'm spending $$$ and time ($$) to build the car, might as well make it look the way I want.

I'm looking for some 13x7, 100PCD, 0 offset (4" backspace) wheels, too.

Ideas?

Where in Texas are you located?

If you are willing to go up to 14" wheels, I have a friend with some 14x7 zero offset Supra wheels he re-drilled to 4x100 for his MR2.

Otherwise, I'd say your best bet is http://www.diamondracingwheels.com/

There were some 13x7 +0 trd old trd turbine style wheels on club4ag a while ago. Sick car! I've always loved the aw11, but I've never gotten around to getting one, maybe someday.

I'm in Houston. I don't know what options there are for 14" race tires. I'd have to look into that. I already have a set of Diamonds. And I have a set of Keizer's on the way from another AW11 racer.

Under ideal conditions I have four sets of wheels/tires
Big event (????)
Rains (Keizers)
Crap/Practice tires (Diamonds)
Track wheels (???)

I musta missed the TRD turbines on C4AG. Thanks, I have had several AW11's. This one has had the most time/money into it. Like I said the car will be my own sort of style.

That MR2 looks like a purposeful little demon :). I'll bet it sticks like superglue.

Welcome to JNC :tu:

Yes, that is the look more or less. It will have the bolt on/rivetted Fiberglass ZG flares. Like this, only red/black:

Image (car belongs to "backspace")

Due to suspension/tire clearances, any wheels must a 4" backspace, and the ruleset limits me to 7" wheels to avoid a weight penalty.

Wow, that is the meanest/sexiest AW11 I've ever seen. I love how the oil cooler line makes it look like it's either smiling, or on it's way to eat something/someone... :P

You know John I have thought about putting flares on mine with wider wheels.

Pictures of the car in action, sans flares as I haven't done them yet:

(I'm going to have to find a better way to close the fuel door)
