I get soooo bloody envious every time I see a pic of a JNC - any JNC - wearing a ducktail spoiler!!
Been googling like a mad man!!
Clearly some kind of ducktail exists for my Trueno too...

This one looks absolutely awesome on this Nordic Blue Trueno TE61!!

Then there's these on both the red and white Levin TE51.

And while this black Trueno TE47 looks utterly awful, I'd kill for that ducktail spoiler!

So does anyone know anything about these specific ducktails??
Where do I get a ducktail for a TE47 / TE51 / TE61 / TE62 / TE65 ??
Must have one for my Trueno... :tu:

Hmmm... they honestly look quite different to me.
The Celica items seem a fair bit larger and also sit at a totally different angle on the boot lid.

the fit on the orange and blue Corollas does look like the spoilers were from another car... the fit seems "forced".

Its been about 15 years or so since there was aero bits for your vintage "E" (Corolla) I know Dobi (no longer in biz) and I think FOHA of Austria may have made SOME aero bits...

Dobi catalog I spoke of - http://s79.photobucket.com/user/oldeske ... rom%201985

The duckbill on the first blue car looks a lot like a VW MkI duckbill chin spoiler...

The third pic looks like a 240Z ducktail I gave away a while back to a buddy. I didn't use it since it did not fit the contours of the Celica Liftback.

Lots of sound advice there - thx guys... :D

FOHA I know as they did plenty of BMW stuff back in the day too.
But I had never heard of Dobi - thx for the link to the catalog.

I was planning on using a VW chinspoiler on the front and somehow it just doesn't seem right to have the exact same spoiler front and rear, so that one is out.

But a TE27 or a 240Z ducktail could both be options.
Does anyone have measurements of either of these two spoilers?
And perhaps even a detail pic or two of just the spoiler?
