Not that I know of. In my area, I know of one MX32 in a junkyard. I have not seen one in the flesh or on craigs in years. They are getting quite rare in the Midwest that I can tell. You might be lucky if you start driving around and looking, but they are few and far between if you are not on the west coast.

japan. they are rare, and cost more than the car.

japan or australia. make friends with someone who runs an exporting company and can throw one on a container. if you can find one.

what's your budget look like? goals for the car, if you eventually buy one?

can someone explain the difference between the u.s and japan spec bumpers? i was assuming the black ends and black bits which stick out on the us bumpers opposed to a full chrome bar on japan ones? correct me if i'm wrong. I've got a parts x3 sitting in my yard is all.....

Found one id like to pick up but its 8 hrs away. Any things too look for in particular when searching for these things? Or any thing to watch out for? Common rust areas?

rust areas i've found to be common is at bottom of front guards, definitely the bottom of the rear quarters.. then other spots can be around the bootlid seal... so have a look under that also..

us bumpers were made to follow the 5mph regs and jut far out, don't have inset lights like the jdm ones do, have ugly plastic endcaps.

look for rust around any glass on the car, under the cabin vent grille behind the hood, in the floorpan, spare tire well, battery tray, framerails.

You don't... you have to adapt one from another car. I believe most use the MkI Rabbit front lip on these cars.

lol. im going to answer the next ten questions you have on deck.

nobody makes aftermarket parts specifically for the x3 chassis. if they do (t3), its only because parts that were made for another car swap over to this one with little to no issue.

flares - ZG flares for a Z car, or whatever generic ones you can find cut to fit. i think Lloyd's car uses starlets, but it's been a while since i read that.

suspension - typical toyota stuff. look around, t3 makes "off the shelf:"
https://technotoytuning.com/toyota/mx32

engine - swap to a JZ using XM's parts. what flavor is up to you.

wheels - some people go Rota/XXR/knockoff and they can live with it. don't think people won't see them on your car and mistake them for the legit versions they're copying though. real wheels would be anything 4x114.3, deep barrel, whatever.

brakes - no idea. you can adapt other x-chassis front suspension or maybe even s13 stuff and use whatever brakes that existing adapter kits allow you to bolt to them. z32 is obvious but you'll limit your wheel selection. fc rx7 is another caliper that will fit given the right adapter to bolt it to your knuckle.

style - couple guys make custom front spoilers. search here if you're interested. another one people use is the BlackForest Industries MKI Golf deep duck bill. that's the only thing that i can think of that belongs on the outside of an x3.

burgers - i like mine with a pink spot in the middle, extra cheese if it's the good stuff. no seasoning or bullshit in the meat, i like to taste the cow.

beer - i'm not crazy about the hoppier stuff. i appreciate a good stout or porter above all others. bottles are a last resort. glass, then straight from the tap, then can, then bottle.

Sammy Smith's Oatmeal Stout is one of my favorites. Guiness, drink it like water... especially now with the nitrogen rocket! 4 pack of 14 ouncers lasts about a day if I watch myself.

nitro stouts are awesome, especially the oatmeal variety. only problem with drinking a lot of good beer is that it starts to encroach on your car budget. more free advice for OP!
