Nope, not wats. The crowns of the spokes are too pointy. Wats have a much more rounded spoke than the wheels shown. I would gather that they are Rota RBs or the like. According to speedhunters, they are superlites in 15x10

Aren't they mitsubishi sharking wheels? Which came in 16" in the alltrac late 80s in the USA?
